Just before Easter we had Swedish organist Mattias Wager and Icelandic actress Halldora Geirhardsdottir perform Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf. Both children and parents were enthralled as Halldora in the guise of Barbara the clown told the story and Mattias conjured up all the animals with his playing. To finish the story Barbara led the whole happy procession through the church. The talented reverend Sigurdur Arni Thordarson of Hallgrimskirkja photographed the whole event.
