Originality is organist Lára Bryndís Eggertsdóttir’s trait. In that style, she absolutely refuses to disclose the programme of her concert in Hallgrímskirkja next Thursday July 14 , smiling mischievously and giggling impishly! It is however no secret that accompanying her will be a Danish saxophone player, Dorthe Højland. And we have her guarantee that the audience will get hints and clues – and that it will be a most interesting concert.

Eggertsdóttir lives and works in Denmark, where she is organist of Sønderbro church in Horsens and where she has worked with Højland. Højland has been travelling Iceland over the past days with her band, performing a new programme called Nordic Stories.
