This magnificent work is now performed for the first time in the Harpa main Concert Hall Eldborg in a festive concert on&nbsp;the first Sunday&nbsp;in Advent with outstanding Icelandic and international performers.<\/p>\n<p>Performers: The celebrated chamber choir Schola Cantorum with 7 soloists, among them are two of the leading baroque tenors in Scandinavia&nbsp;today, Benedikt Kristj\u00e1nsson and Martin Vanberg as well as the celebrated icelandic soprano Herdis Anna J\u00f3nasd\u00f3ttir, the early music ensemble Scandinavian Cornetts and Sackbuts led by Danish cornett-player Lene Langballe, members from the Reykjavik International Baroque Orchestra, led by violinist Joanna Huczcza, and gregorian ensemble Cantores Islandiae.<\/p>\n<p>Conductor: Bjarni Fr\u00edmann Bjarnason.<\/p>\n<p>Performers:<\/p>\n<p>Herd\u00eds Anna J\u00f3nasd\u00f3ttir soprano<\/p>\n<p>Thelma Hr\u00f6nn Sigurd\u00f3rsd\u00f3ttir soprano<\/p>\n<p>Martin Vanberg tenor<\/p>\n<p>Benedikt Kristj\u00e1nsson tenor<\/p>\n<p>\u00deorkell H.
