Organists are H\u00f6r\u00f0ur \u00c1skelsson, Music Director of Hallgr\u00edmskirkja and J\u00f3nas \u00de\u00f3rir, organist of B\u00fasta\u00f0akirkja Reykjav\u00edk. The music&nbsp;in the service are mostly composed by Trond Kverno.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Hallgr\u00edmskirkja Motet Choir and the choir of B\u00fasta\u00f0akirkja will lead&nbsp;the congregational&nbsp;singing and perform 3 pieces by the composer, among others&nbsp;Ave verum corpus&nbsp;og&nbsp;Salutaris Hostia&nbsp;under the direction of the composer.<\/p>\n<p>Marit Agnes Nordahl Nergaard&nbsp;, the composer&#8217;s wife will play the Postludium at the great Klais organ.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrants are Irma Sj\u00f6fn \u00d3skarsd\u00f3ttir&nbsp;and Kristj\u00e1n Valur Ing\u00f3lfsson.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Coffee is&nbsp;served&nbsp;in the south wing&nbsp;after the service.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The famous Norwegian priest and&nbsp;composer, Trond Kverno will be celebrated in the Hallgrimskirkja&nbsp;Sunday service&nbsp;September 9th at 11 am .
